please email info@magnoliaave.com.au your name and order number within 14 days of receiving. Include reason for return.
We do not accept returns on ‘sale items’.
We offer exchange of product for the same value or online store credit.
Goods must have all original packaging and have no signs of wear or use.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Items must be returned to warehouse prior to receiving exchange or store credit.
No refunds.
