Taxes & Duties: 

International orders may incur taxes & duty fees pending on the countries import regulations. The customer is responsible for this fee. 

Shipping:
We offer both standard and express shipping Australia Wide.

Please note we allow 2-3 business days to process the order before shipment .

We offer international shipping at a flat rate - please allow 8-12 business days for international shipments.

Returns:

Please email hello@magnoliaave.com.au your name and order number within 14 days of receiving. Include reason for return.

We offer exchange of product for the same value or online store credit.

Goods must have all original packaging and have no signs of wear or use.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer - unless faulty.

Items must be returned to warehouse prior to receiving exchange or store credit.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@magnoliaave.com.au along with photos of your damaged items. A refund will be given on inspection of damaged/incorrect item.

Missing Items:

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
